In these four-hour workshops, we will go even deeper into body weight drills that involve both on-the-ground and off-the ground training. Additionally, you will learn how to use Indian clubs and wands, which are classical training tools. The movements done with these are based off circles, spirals and figure-eights. Not only do these patterns restore the function of the wrist, elbow and shoulder, but they also help correct and prevent injuries.

Lastly, you will learn key nutritional information that you can use when you cook at home, eat out or shop at your local grocery store. You may even be subjected to a live Firing Squad where products that you think are healthy are exposed as the frauds that they are.

By the end of the day, this workshop will give you practical information to improve your posture, balance, flexibility, core strength, sport performance, work performance, eating habits AND brain function. You will not find this type of education at any other workshop across the globe. It’s chocked full of real-life tools that you can implement into your daily life immediately.
