One-on-One Coaching

Wellness Coaching:

People often have a hard time obtaining their goals inside the gym because of situations that occur outside the gym.

With wellness coaching, I create balance. More specifically, I help you make behavioral changes related to fitness, nutrition, weight, stress, health and life issues.

I assist you in making actionable, reachable goals, AND I hold you accountable. It’s a win-win situation for you or your organization.

The way this process works is, we meet for a 60-to-90-minute session over the phone, on the computer or face-to-face. I help you create a Wellness Vision, which is an ideal place you’d like to be 9 to 12 months down the road.

Then we locate key motivators to keep you on track, obstacles that might get in your way and strategies to overcome those obstacles.

Lastly, we create 3-month and weekly goals.

Once our session ends, we have 30-minute sessions each successive week to review your goals, set new ones and address any problem areas you ran into.

I’ll keep you motivated, on track and fired up to make lasting changes.

Fitness Coaching:

I offer more in-depth fitness instruction if you are looking to turn your efforts up a notch. This includes the use of training tools like kettlebells, medicine balls, gliding discs, free weights and pull-up bars.

Restorative Coaching:

Restoring the function of your body is not always an easy thing to figure out or do on your own. That’s where Restorative Coaching comes in,

Here I help you bring back the function of your shoulders, improve your posture, prevent injuries, correct imbalances, plus boost your brain function and concentration levels. All of this is done with Indian clubs, wands and other classical training tools.

Nutrition Coaching:

Sometimes people are in need of more detailed information with their daily dietary regimen. With Nutrition Coaching, I help you make educated decisions on what to eat, how to prepare food, what to shop for, and how to eat healthy on a fixed budget and while traveling. I also give you important details about label reading and various diets that you might be interested in trying.
